Product attribute classification

The difference between a chiller and a boiler is that the diameter of the delivery pipe is usually large, that is, more than 2 inches. Depending on the diameter of the delivery pipe, the applicable product will be applied according to the appropriate pipe diameter. Therefore, the KP-2000 module is suitable and the product can be adjusted according to the required pipe diameter to achieve the highest effect.

Generally speaking, the diameter of boiler pipes is mostly around 2 inches, so the EP-2000 module is suitable. If the diameter is more than 2 inches, the product needs to be adjusted according to the pipe diameter to achieve the best effect.

Usually, the pipe diameter of fuel oil equipment is rarely large, and most of them are small-sized pipes, such as boiler heavy oil equipment, diesel and gasoline vehicle oil pipes, internal combustion engine oil pipes, etc. Therefore, the 101N type module is suitable.

Magnetization 1

The principle of magnetization technology is to use magnetic force to magnetize soluble ions in water and rearrange the ions. Under the premise of having this characteristic, the magnetic force carried by the magnetized ions must be greater than the force of attraction between the positive and negative poles of the ions in order to change the habit of attraction between the positive and negative poles of the ions.

In order to reduce scale and corrosion problems, traditional industrial water must first be softened or purified, which wastes a lot of water resources and causes pollution problems. Chemical agents are also needed afterwards. Under such conditions, the occurrence of scale and corrosion can only be slowed down, but cannot be eliminated. In the end, acid washing is still required, which causes secondary pollution.

Magnetization 2

In 1958, there was a document suggesting that magnetized water could replace traditional industrial water. However, the electromagnetic method was used for testing at the time. Because the electromagnetic method had too many disadvantages, it was gradually abandoned by businesses. After that, some manufacturers launched products claiming to be permanent magnets, but they were unable to achieve a comprehensive effect, resulting in a poor market response. Permanent magnet products are very safe, stable and trouble-free, but they need to penetrate the magnetic pipeline (the thickness of the pipe is about 7-8mm), which is impossible for permanent magnet products launched in the past.

This product achieves the purification effect through three principles: strengthening the atomization of oil, improving the activity of fuel, and removing carbon deposits through the strong magnetic field (4000-12000GS) generated by permanent magnets. The strong magnetizer can activate the shape of hydrocarbon molecules in the fuel, change their molecular flow, and enable the fuel to fully combine with oxygen in the air to achieve a more ideal combustion value, thereby saving fuel and reducing environmental pollution caused by the emission of hydrocarbons in the exhaust gas. By installing this powerful magnetizer, the purification rate can reach 30%-90%, reducing iron filings and extending the equipment wear cycle. Strong magnetizers can be widely used in automobiles, motorcycles, tractors, ship internal combustion engines, diesel generators and industrial kilns, etc.
